How to talk to your Ally

The number one thing new users wonder: "what do I even say to it?" Short answer: talk like you'd talk to a capable assistant. In this tutorial your Ally coaches you through it — it gives you a task to phrase, shows you a stronger version, and teaches you the two or three habits that make everything else work better.

How it works

  1. Add the upgrade to your portal (free ones are instant).
  2. Open your portal and click Copy upgrade.
  3. Paste it to your Ally and say: “Let's do this upgrade.”
  4. Your Ally walks you through it — you approve every step.
