Frequently Asked Questions
What is a playbook?
A playbook is a practical, ready-to-use set of instructions your AI Ally follows to do a specific job — writing, research, operations, outreach, and more. You buy it once and it's yours.
How do I get my playbook after I buy it?
Checkout creates (or uses) your account, and the playbook is delivered straight into your Library. From there you can read it, copy it, and hand it to your Ally to start using immediately.
What is an Ally?
An Ally is a governed, customer-side AI agent — powered by OpenClaw — with operating rules, memory, and clear boundaries. It's your agent, working for you, not a shared chatbot.
What's the difference between buying a playbook and building an Ally?
A playbook is the know-how. An Ally is the helper that runs it. You can use playbooks with your own setup, or let us build and host an Ally for you — done-for-you, no servers to babysit.
Do I need technical skills?
No. If you can copy and paste, you can use a playbook. If you want an Ally, we handle the technical side entirely.
Can I get a refund?
