1. AI Makes Mistakes

Our Services use artificial intelligence. AI-generated content and actions can be wrong, incomplete, outdated, biased, or nonsensical. Nothing produced by an AI system through our Services should be treated as professional advice of any kind — including legal, medical, financial, tax, or mental-health advice. Consult a qualified professional for those matters.

2. Your Ally Acts at Your Direction

An Ally is a tool that operates on your instructions. You are responsible for:

  • The instructions, goals, and permissions you give your Ally
  • Reviewing your Ally's outputs and actions before relying on or publishing them
  • Any consequences of actions your Ally takes within the permissions you granted it

Alvin Media does not direct your Ally's day-to-day behavior and is not responsible for outputs or actions taken under your configuration and instructions.

3. No Autonomy Claims

Our Allies are capable tools, not autonomous beings. They do not "do anything," are not "fully autonomous," and do not replace human judgment. Any statement suggesting otherwise is not authorized by Alvin Media.

4. Third-Party AI Providers

Allies run on third-party AI models (e.g., DeepSeek, OpenAI) using your API key. Output quality, availability, and content behavior depend in part on those providers, whose terms and acceptable-use policies also apply to you. We are not responsible for third-party provider outages, changes, or content decisions.

5. AI-Entertainer Products

  • Purchasers must be 18 or older.
  • You are responsible for complying with the terms of service of every platform where you publish AI-generated content.
  • Do not use these products to depict real, identifiable people without their consent, or to create content that is deceptive, defamatory, or illegal.
  • Platform rules on AI-generated content change frequently, and enforcement is the platform's sole discretion; account actions taken by a platform are outside Alvin Media's control.

6. Errors and Corrections

If your Ally or a Playbook produces something wrong, tell us — we correct product content, and your Ally's memory can be corrected at any time: allysupport@alvin-media.com
