Acceptable Use Policy

1. The Rule

You may use Alvin Media Services — including directing your own Ally — for any lawful purpose consistent with these rules. You may not use them as follows.

2. Prohibited Uses

• Illegal activity. Anything that violates applicable law — fraud, theft of services, money laundering, IP infringement, CSAM (zero tolerance; reported to NCMEC), or facilitating any of these.
• Harm to people. Harassment, stalking, threats, doxxing, non-consensual intimate imagery (AI-generated or otherwise), exploitation of minors in any form, or incitement of violence.
• Deception. Impersonating real people without consent; creating convincing deepfakes of real, identifiable individuals; running scams, phishing, or social-engineering campaigns; misrepresenting AI output as human professional advice where prohibited.
• Platform abuse.Using Allies to violate third-party platform terms at scale (spam, fake engagement, ban evasion), or to attack, probe, or disrupt systems you don't own or lack permission to test.
• Our infrastructure.Attempting to access other customers' accounts, Allies, or data; interfering with the Services; exceeding reasonable use of shared resources; reselling access to your Ally or account without written agreement.
• Circumvention.Attempting to bypass safety controls, rate limits, content policies, or provider acceptable-use policies — including via prompt injection against your own or others' Allies for prohibited ends.

3. AI-Entertainer Content

1. Adults only. AI-entertainer products (AI influencer, AI model, and adjacent playbooks) may be purchased and used only by persons 18 or older.
2. Fictional personas only. Do not depict real, identifiable people — by name, likeness, or composite — without their documented consent.
3. Platform terms govern. Every publishing platform has its own rules on AI-generated and adult content, changing frequently. You are solely responsible for compliance on every platform you use.
4. No deception at scale. AI personas must be disclosed as AI where a platform or law requires it; do not use AI personas to defraud individuals (e.g., romance scams).
5. Adult content boundaries. Where a use case involves adult content, it must be legal in your jurisdiction, restricted to consenting adults as both creators and audience, and confined to platforms that permit it. Alvin Media does not host, review, or moderate your published content.
6. Amendment.Alvin Media may tighten this section, or discontinue the category, with 30 days' notice if legal or platform conditions change.

4. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations; suspend or terminate accounts and Allies; remove content; and report illegal activity to authorities. Ally servers may be suspended pending investigation. We aim to be proportionate and will explain enforcement actions except where legally prohibited.
