Turn a polite-stranger chatbot into an assistant that works for you. The helper interviews you one question at a time to build a core profile (name, role, goals, unstated context); captures your preferences as reusable rules (answer length, format, tone, pet peeves); maps the 5-10 tasks you do weekly with a good-standard for each; locks in boundaries and guardrails (hard no's, sensitive-data rules, pause-and-ask escalation); and runs a test drive on a real task to prove the onboarding took. The profile is a living document you own and can hand to any future AI helper.
